::If only I can give 0 stars!! Terrible experience. This hotel is a complete scam. After agreeing on a price, they tried to charge us more and gave us different rooms than promised. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and extremely disrespectful. Each worker gives different rules — there’s zero consistency or honesty. We got food poisoning from their meals, and later they wouldn’t even let us eat in the hotel’s canteen or café without causing a scene and forcing us to pay. It was humiliating and frustrating. The whole stay was inconvenient, inconsiderate, and full of unnecessary stress. Avoid this place at all costs.
