  I recently had an issue with the FedEx Office in Almansour City, where my package sat at their location for days after it had already arrived. I tried contacting them multiple times to check on the status of the shipment, but my messages were ignored, they would read the messages and not respond. I’m giving three stars because, despite the lack of communication with me, they eventually reached out to the recipient and made an effort to deliver the package. I also appreciate that they drove about 40 minutes to complete the delivery. However, this doesn’t make up for the frustration of being left in the dark while waiting for updates. This office needs to improve its communication with customers, especially if packages are going to be delayed beyond the expected delivery date. Responding to inquiries in a timely manner would make the entire experience much more reliable and less stressful.

  The best company.my friend was very happy to get his gift there was delay in the shipping for few days but the person who did delivery to my friend was very straight even he didn't accept any tips I'm happy to seen company in Iraq with this kind of profession level

  Ok this is the first time that I use this location to send packages to Baghdad, I have never seen a location around the world charge the receiver money to get their packages, those people charge my brother money to receive the box they told my bother that he needs to pay to in order to get his stuff!! I called Fedex headquarter here in the US and they informed me that they should not do that at all, I am going to file a complaint and have this location pay back what they (stole) from my brother, nothing but thief people in there, I do not recommend this place to anyone be aware of thief at this place.

  I received my package damaged inside and outside, the didn't care about anything, Very bad service 👎👎
