  Fantastic hotel with great views of the citadel. The staff here were absolutely amazing to me. This was my first time in Iraq and I was a little nervous about being here but they made my stay memorable - helping me with taxis, tours, money changing, advice for sightseeing and much more. Wonderful place.

  The hotel is a little weird. My "upgraded room" included 3 very narrow single beds. I had booked a room with 1 double bed. The staff was nice and friendly. The gym and sauna are both good (best I found in the 3* hotel category in Iraq). Location is good for walking to points of interest in Erbil. AC was cold and not noisy, the water was warm. Breakfast was forgettable.

  I loved my stay in the hotel. The staff Yasmeen and the other gentleman that is with her in the day shift are incredible! Welcoming, helpful and patient with a pleasant smile. The hotel was utterly clean, the shower was clean and enjoyable, the AC was great and the room had all the items you need. The gym was surprisingly very good, had all the equipment needed, and spare towels and water. My only reason for not giving it a 5 stars is primarily due to the limited options in the breakfast although they did have a great board, but can be better. I would definitely stay here again.
