  The rooms have no insulation and the buffet is the worst thing I have ever seen in my life.

  Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Heva, the receptionist checking me in and out, was extremely helpful throughout. She provided me with a great room on the seventh floor, stored my luggage for me and ensured I could stay in the hotel while waiting for my flight back home. She definitely enhanced this trip for me. Breakfast is extraordinary with a large variety of breads, spreads, fruits and other breakfast items. Staff at the spa and pool are attentive and made sure nothing was lacking. What a great way to end my holiday.

  I was beyond pleased with my stay at this hotel. From the security for tourists, the presentation/taste/service of food, the hospitality and professionalism of staff...all exceeded my expectations.   It’s my country, Erbil, yet the reception didn’t speak Kurdish. I can speak Arabic, but it’s not allowed in international places. In my own country, an employee who can’t speak my language? Zero stars.
