  Even one star is too generous for this bank. It’s one of the worst in the Kurdistan region. I arrived at 8:22 am, but the security guard wouldn’t let me in until 8:30 am, even though the hours posted on Google Maps show they open at 8:00 am. Inside, there were only two employees working the counters, and the wait times are unreasonable—if you need to cash a check, expect to wait over an hour. Very disappointing service.

  I don't know why you don't have visa or master card, You are international bank should have ATM in city very bad bank

  I had account there, they charged me 50$ each year they even did not inform me, however most of banks charges only 5 dolar per year

  Can't preform any transactions on their atm even though I'm already an işbank costumer since 2018 from turkey, I don't even know why this branch exist.
