  Attractive and beautiful, I haven’t lived in the residential units, but I have been going to the business towers for more than four years now. The provided services aren’t that great. This summer the Air Conditioners didn’t work well, they weren’t cool at all. The elevators are still and issue, they used to fall when the electricity shuts down, but that’s fixed, now the problem is the elevators sometimes closes suddenly and refuses to open.

  In love with my appartment! I could sit all day there and enjoying the view without getting upset. The atmophere is great, it's very comfortable and quiet. You don't really need ACs in your home because the appartment self is warm in winter and cool in summer.

  One of most elegant area in Erbil with many choices for coffee shops and restaurants as well as the amazing wine shop
