::Hi, I'm Zainab and I want to share my experience in one month of a free Yoga training course at the Embassy of India and with the best Yoga guru Dr. Dheeraj P. Joshi. He is an excellent yoga teacher and it is an honor for me to practice yoga under his guidance. Things I have noticed with yoga: I'm so relaxed and calm person even if there is much work pressure which makes me nervous previously. Yoga also relieves anxiety and insomnia so I have had better sleep quality throughout this month. Now, I sleep around 10 pm whereas I was sleeping around 2 am I'm more fit with Yoga and Yoga improves my breathing and my posture and makes me fresh. I am so glad and grateful for this amazing experience and thank you very much Dr. Dheeraj for your time and effort to show a better version of us. Namaste
