  I think there is a need to reconsider the procedures taken in the Shula Municipality Department, including repeated reviews and time delays that are against the interest of the citizen, and the tedious routine means that the transaction is delayed for more than 15 days or more. It may be shortened by two days, but the administrative red tape and bureaucracy, which is the basis of corruption, leads to a delay in processing.

But unfortunately, some people do not help them They place all the blame on the department, forgetting that the department alone cannot meet their requests and provide the best services unless the citizen himself performs his role with the help of the municipality staff, by throwing waste in the places designated for it, or they randomly connect to the sewage network, which causes bottlenecks in the sewage lines or violations taking place on the sidewalks and roads. All of these negatives must be addressed by the citizen himself so that the services of the Shuala Municipality Department appear to the fore, with all thanks, appreciation and respect to the municipality department staff.
