  Rooms was dirty . The Mats was covered with hair . The windows was not closing properly.

  Very good hotel. Stayed here for 1 day and it was very nice. One of the best hotel in howler. And my name is Darin so i liked it 8,5/10. Just wish it was aircondision in every room

  A handy location, with helpful staff. Rooms were as expected and more-or-less clean. Overall, I think it was good value for money. Their 'taxi driver' was also very helpful in obtaining a PCR test quickly and for other errands as needed. Breakfast was average at best, but it was included so not a big deal. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it was ok.

  The staff is the best thing the hotel has, they are very nice and provide great service. The hotel is not really a 4 star as they say, I’d say it’s maybe a 3 star. The bedrooms are clean, the wifi works on and off, there is a gym that is ok with a ping pong table. Breakfast buffet is included, pretty much everything they serve is fried. One of the things I didn’t like is that they allow people to smoke inside the hotel. They provide transportation from and to the airport free of charge.

  I was there in busienss trip. My experience in this hotel has good and bad. Lets,start,with the good. The staff are nice and welcoming. If you need help or maintenance they came quickly and fix. The furniture is new as well but the decoration is very basic. The bad is the locarion of the hotel. The area,there is not very nice. At the first day I had no bathroom towel in the bathroom also the toilette flush was not working. I kept the issue till next day after the room service did the room to see if they notice it but nothing happened so I wonder how they cleaned the toilette without pressing the water in the toilette. The third day also no towels,in the bathroom so I had to change the hotel.
