::worst hotel i don’t recommend it at all it was horrible experience the staff of the hotel are sooooooo rude the food was horrible the price is expensive compared to other 5atars hotel. i give it less than 1 star other hotels are more affordable nd kinder staff.

::Recently stayed: 10/4/2025-11/4/2025(making a review on this one) Prev stay: 24/12/2024-26/12/2024 Overall, the room was super good and I loved the sheets of the bed! Some rooms do need minor renovation but mine was just perfect. Breakfast was my favourite and it was incredible! Pool is incredible and Men spa is on a different level. Views are also nice. Location bit far from Qalat (قلعة) but it's a good choice still and it was near to the place for business However, service was good but beware of this lady in the receptionist!!! Unfortunately I forgot her name. I booked an Quartz Junior Suite and she gave me the King Amber room. I asked I did not book this room and told me this is what I got but I clearly showed her the room I booked!! She just didn't have the energy to see it and just said I got the King Amber room. But then, a few minutes later her shift ended so It was the perfect time to ask the other staff the situation Fortunately then, the other staff members understands the situation and handled it very well. I got the Quartz Junior Suite with the sofa and I enjoyed my stay. Housekeeping is perfect, reception (other than that lady) is nice and helps with everything. Overall, rate this hotel 8/10. I have stayed here 5 times because I travel to Erbil (Hewler) often and all my experiences are great.

::“Unfortunately, a very disappointing and repeated experience. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past three months, and the same issue happened again: • The weather is hot, and there’s no air conditioning. The staff say only heating is available, and there’s no fan or any alternative cooling solution. • It’s extremely uncomfortable to stay in a room without proper ventilation or temperature control. • It’s unacceptable for a hotel to keep operating without fixing such a basic and essential service. I won’t be coming back, and I do not recommend this hotel until they take this issue seriously.”

::A lot better than my first time. The staff were kind enough to adjust the temperature settings of my room, as it was too hot otherwise. Their room service, breakfast and buffet lunch are also very good. It's a bit far away from the city.

::I booked for 6 days in the hotel based on high ratings from booking.com The receptionist are very welcoming and extremely nice .. but I was charged extra payment at the time of the check out (which I didn’t understand why) in addition the receptionist didn’t make the payment amount it clear at the time of booking the rooms. It’s very expensive hotel compared to the quality of the rooms and furnishings the hotel has.
