::Talking from a customer prospective Had a terrible experience with Security in the front. They are rude while trying to enter, you will be questioned by the securities as they don’t know anything about banking services. Additionally, waiting line is a joke as i see staff doing nothing with having customers waiting.

::Cihan bank is the worst bank you can trust with your money. Keep your money in your house is much better than this bank. I requested activation of my internet banking several times, and visit the bank at least three times for the sole purpose of receiving my iBanking credentials, and every-time they would say we will send you the details through SMS, after TWO years of this request and regularly requesting for my iBanking details, I looked at my bank statement (which they charge you 10$ for a copy of your statement) I learns that this bank has been deducting 2 $ from my account every month for iBanking which I didn’t receive! After requesting a refund, they brought me the credentials after two years! (See the attached photos showing the date of first charging me for iBanking on 3 March 2020 and the date of receiving my credentials on 4 April 2022 ). Also, the request for refunding my 48$ was refused claiming that I did not request my credentials! Important notes for all of you out there who think of using this bank: 1- They charge you 20$ and more when any amount of money is deposited on your account. 2- They charge 50$ for a bank statement related to visa application and 10$ if it’s personal. 3- they were not allowing people to withdraw more than 1000$ from their accounts when ISIS attacked Mosul. 4- Their customer service was asking me to go to the bank physically to get an answer for my inquiries anytime I was calling!!
