    They should be one of the worst banks in the world! Very rude customer service, and clearly a skam! You want to open a business account and they will ask you to deposit $50,000 and hold it for at least 6 months! And they do not tell you at first, when you provide all the paperwork and after many days then they will surprise you. Congratulations for being the worst bank experience I ever had! And the government should audit this place as what they ask is not legal.

    Processing at counters needs major improvement. They have 6 processing windows and majority of times only 2 or 3 windows are open. Waiting time is normally around 1 hour which is excessive for simple transactions like depositing money. Working hours are also short 8 to 2. International banks should operate a minimum of 8 hours a day. People who work from 8 to 4 need to take time off work which is extremely inconvenient.

    The customer service in Erbil branch is the worst experience, ticketing system is a lie, they always have their friends tickets already drew and use whenever they want, other normal customers will end up waiting for hours just to inquire on personal banking. Whatever you want to do, it will always be complicated and takes a very long time, they don't have good offers, no online banking at all. Not recommended and not worth it.

    Unprofessional and expensive bank. Avoid. Banking policies are conventional against customers interest. Unnecessary investigations and delay for earning bank charges. Management and staff is rude, non cooperative. They treat like they are masters of your money and you should abide all their demands & excuses.
