  Worst customer service I’ve even seen in my life. I waited 1:30 hour to open an account with no one to help or tell me how long I’ll wait mind you the bank wasn’t busy I’d understand if there was a line or a lot of people but there wasn’t it was just bad customer service. Very disappointed I just walked out without opening an account.

  Worst bank and worst service. Their ATM machine retained my foreign bank card. I called them immediately but it took several phone calls and few visits to finally get the card back to the main branch in Sulaymaniyah. Now after 3 days they have the card but they refuse to give it back to me because of “fraud”!!! I have my name on the card and I can prove it its mine in million ways! They are offering to destroy the card and still not giving it to me! I need my card and they have no right to retain or destroy it. ADVICE FOR FOREIGNERS: DON’T USE THEIR ATMS. YOUR CARD WILL GET TRAPPED AND THE ONLY THING THEY OFFER IS TO DESTROY YOUR CARD! RUBBISH BY ALL MEANS.

  Disappointed with overall experience of the employees. For everything you ask, they have to go through their GM and get information or approval. Also, monthly online account charge is $5 here. The same account has $2 monthly at the Erbil branch. Cash out a check took 25 minutes here. At the Erbil branch, took 5 minutes!

  A good bank, with good services including Master card (you get instant mail and SMS for any transaction). Customer service is not satisfactory, let you wait for no reason.
