::I have been coming to the erbil branch for the last 3 days to open an account. Each day they tell me something new that I need to bring or do. Then, they tell me I need to open a profile because I'm a first time banker with them. I fill out forms with my name and personal info as they asked me to. The agent prints out what she entered completely misspelling my name so I asked her to fix it. She told me it was not important and that she wrote my name as it sounded to her even though I never told her, I WROTE IT FOR HER. She reluctantly went back to fix it and printed it out and this time it was misspelled in 3 different ways 3 times! This process has kept us in the bank now for 3 hours so far and I have needed to reschedule all of my other appointments because they did not let me know that this process would take so long. I'm very dissatisfied and hope you fix your "internal policies" to be more efficient and customer friendly for your clients.

::I tell you the worst bank I've ever seen is BBAC Bank in Kurdistan. First, I have opened a private account in this bank for several years, but now I have not been active for several months for some reasons. I came to this bank a few days ago. Why? How? Well, I told them to send a letter to the head of all the departments of the bank and I sent it to all of them, but they didn't respond till now! They are so bad really no quality!

::The worst customer service ever! 5 counters with 5 employees, taking long time to do their job which they can do quickly, but they simply don’t care. Long waiting time, they are not effective at all. What a shame!

::it was my first time to be in this bank 'BBAC" today (May 2, 2019)where i was about to change a cheque and as far as i know they closes at 3;30 PM based on the time they posted on their page/site.so, i decided to go there before 3:30 where i arrived at 2:45 pm but i am so disappointed that the personnel there told me that its already closed because its Thursday! ....so at-least update the system of schedule of operation because the time is misleading.......
