  I didn't find anything wrong with the dealings. But the problem is that they ask the customer for copies of the identification documents, the national card and the residence permit, from outside the bank due to the climate conditions. This really bothered me.

  The staff are uncooperative and the way they treat citizens is inappropriate. It's a bad experience.
