::Very bad reception and many complicated steps. I went to the bank to open a current account and left without doing anything. Very bad reception and very strange complications. I wanted to open a current account and I had all my identification papers, four documents, and my passport with me. I was surprised when the employee asked me to verify my ID card, which was issued by another governorate!!! (Verification of issuance is a lengthy process in which a person proves that their ID card belongs to them. It is required in the case of a general power of attorney, inheritance transactions, or obtaining an official passport.) This is truly impossible because I wanted to open a simple current account to deposit a small amount of savings. It is better to leave it in my personal drawer than to go through these unprofessional and complicated procedures. Not to mention the employee's provocation and the way he treated customers. In addition to the unsuitability of the building and the filth and dust everywhere. An experience that will not be repeated. After all this, I went to a nearby bank and opened a current account in less than half an hour.
