  Rooms are too old, needs alot of enhancement, AC was off for the 3 days of the visit, and when I asked to get it on, they claimed it management decisions to put it Off for more months as we are Winter , and it was March 2025, week 2 temp was 29 degrees. In addition to this, they are re innovating the whole hotel and works work from 8am till 2Am .. so you can sleep properly because of the noise of drilling and so many things

  Probably the best in Baghdad for lack of other good options. Outdated facilities but OK Main problem was the crowding in breakfast and the very slow service. Give yourself enough time Rooms clean and comfortable. Windows are not sound proof but the neighborhood is quiet

  Construction non stop they start from 8am till 6pm even on weekend i asked them to change my room but no one cares im really disappointed and will never take this hotel again really shame on them

  The stay was really nice the dinner was okay but the breakfast was amazing!

  I highly recommend this hotel. My stay here was wonderful, The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and always helped me when i needed assistance. Place was clean and well managed.
