::The room has had a water leak in the past - now window. Should not be made available without some serious rework. It smells like a basement / cellar. When the hotel manager is challenged he doesn’t care, says all rooms are booked. Avoid! If you are coming by tour - make sure you ask the tour operator so that it’s not hotel Babylon in Sulaymaniyah!

::This is the best hotel I've ever been to. Feeling safe and very good service.. Breakfast is delicious.. Very clean and fair price. Perfect quite place. Close to a shopping mall!

::I really enjoyed staying here for four times now. It's clean, service is good, staff are polite, price is fair. Could be better in many ways, but for the price you pay you can't expect more. Love it here
