::The room was large and comfortable, at the same times it was old and needs more proper care but the bathroom 🚽 I really hated it, it was broken and uncomfortable.

::Good location but it's noisy.. I stay only one night and they ask me if I have a dirty clothes to wash and after they wash them they charge me 2000 IRQ dinar a piece( total 14000) and they didn't told me they gonna charge for it .. bad customer service .. I never recommended and I will never ever back to them again

::Stay here if you want thieves to steal your things! My clothes were "missing" for 3 whole days -- the staff were incredibly unhelpful, especially the girl and the guy with the unibrow. I finally had to threaten to go to the police before my clothes were miraculously "found" in the laundry room! I left as soon as I finally had them back, they were begging me to stay!!! At no point in this whole ordeal did a manager ever speak with me, nor did anyone EVER apologize for my hassle! AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE!

::Affordable hotel for economic short stay. The style of room was ok and tidy furniture but dirty floor. The disaster was in the bathroom which is not clean and consist of destroyed equipments. The the electric socket was broken and the bathroom was without any power. The staff is friendly but didn’t respond to your request for repairing any issue in the room. The breakfast was normal with limited types of dishes. I stayed there three night and I definitely will not visit this place again.
