::Greetings, I have a complaint about the Baghdad Kut passenger transport line. Coaster cars are always collecting the fare from the passengers, and the driver is busy all the way making phone calls. He deliberately ignores the passengers’ requests to return the remaining amounts to them because they paid the fare through amounts in large denominations greater than the amount of the fare, and when the end is almost reached. During the trip, the driver denies listening to the passenger’s request and that the full fare for the trip is incomplete despite the passengers’ insistence on demanding it several times. Thus, verbal altercations occur that lead to the loss of the passengers’ rights to the remaining amounts. This situation has happened to me personally several times. I hope you intervene to solve this problem, the latest of which is today 5/30/2022.
