::My childhood place! This is one of the most popular places in Iraq in general, huge park with incredible views and landscaping, at day time u can enjoy the gardens, zoo, lake.. and in night time definitely the games! Prices are nice and not expensive at all, food there isn’t a good choice actually, u better bring ur own food or deliver from outside restaurants, perfect for making memories and not boring at all, I just hope people stop garbage everywhere cuz it destroys the delightful atmosphere, thank u. + a cat came to us haha 🐈⬛ ;>

::Though was a long time since the last time I’d been here, I found it different however still enjoyed the scenes and the landscaping. One issue piss me off about how people turned to be careless and throwing garbage everywhere while there are a lot of garbage bins everywhere !!!!!! Whyyyyyy !?

::It is the largest park in central Baghdad and its only green outlet. Although it needs rehabilitation, it is a beautiful park with its perennial trees and beautiful spaces. Entrance is not free for 1000 Iraqi dinars, which is equivalent to 0.75 dollars, less than a dollar also another fee for each parts . Its sections include the shade garden and the amusement park and the zoo park that contains Various animals, but there were more animals than I was young. There are ostriches, camels, lions, bears, monkeys and a group of diverse birds. I recommend visiting to spend a beautiful day away from the usual Baghdad city crowds.
