::I visited this bank in the housing branch in Erbil. Employees do not carry badges or identification tools. When you talk to an employee, you don't know who you're talking to. One of the female employees asked about financial transfers. The employee was being disdainful and arrogant. She gave me misleading information. First and last time I visit this bank. It was the worst service. Worst service ever. The bank's employees do not wear name badges. So, you would not recognize the employees' jobs. I asked one employee about international money transfer, she was arrogant and she provided me with false information. I will not return to that bank ever.
