  Bad service, everyone asking for tips with any single request you make, very bad reception management and service providing.

  Good and safe place to stay in Baghdad’s green zone. You can’t and shouldn’t compare it with international 5 stars given the challenges Iraq has faced. The management makes do given all the constraints to make the stay comfortable. It’s also not too expensive. Hope they invest in improving the infrastructure soon.

  Very uncomfortable hotel. Extremely bad cleaning, old furniture almost falling apart, some painting stains on the tile and walls. Hair of the cleaning staff is in the bath… A few times per week the tap water is not warm enough and it feels cheely to take a shower in the morning and evening. The reception staff does not speak English or speaks very badly. Smell in the rooms. I would never recommend it to anyone…

  Very bad services. I attend here as a visitor for my friend wedding. But the attitude one of the operation manager here very bad. She not respect me as a tourist that come from overseas. I'm not local people. And you don't know who I am, so do respect people especially I am tourist 🇲🇾 so shame on you boooooo 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  A good hotel, with worst service, they won't give you extra key, bath tubs aren't to be filled because they dont have drain blockers. They are never willing to help you.
