  If you have many days to waste,have a thing done in this department,literally the worst thing to do is just sitting there waiting for the outdated system to boot otlr to start,the workers want a bribe in every step,one of the copying stands told me that he can do everything I want for 25000 IQD without the need of going anywhere or waiting, if you eant an example of a failing society and failing country, have a look at this place
