  Worst customer service ever, please train your employees to ensure that they provide customer service with proper care and quality service. I don’t recommend dealing with this bank.

  AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! The most unsafe and arrogant bank in the Middle East. We have tried to withdraw from my friend’s account. The ATM has not granted tha money, it gave a TRANSACTION UNSUCCESFUL receipt.but the bank has charged the account. It was months ago. We went to the branch and they have accepted the complaint but they has not reimbursed the amount still – it was months ago. They told different kind of excuses but we are still waiting for the money. As I heard it happened with a lot of clients – as I heard they are picking on the asian clients as they expect less complaint from them. It is a natural process of this bank that they are stealing their clients money. This bank is not a “regular“ bank, they do not have regualar services, have only one ATM and their only job is cash transactions of different “interesting“ companies. The branch manager woman is the most unprofessional banker I ever so around the world. Later they have shared my friend’s confidental informations like personal phone number etc. with different persons without the consent of my firend. Even she had a proof they have disbelieved it... Avoid of this bank, do not make any contact, transaction through them or do not deposit, withdraw or wire transfer to or throught this bank. DANGER!!! DANGER!!! DANGER!!! DANGER!!!
