::The true standout aspect of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff The level of service I received was truly remarkable. Any request I had was handled promptly and with the utmost professionalism ,I felt genuinely cared for as a guest complete with a large, comfortable room ,however I felt disappointed that the pool area was not operated as a mixed- and the bowling alley was not operational use facility as advertised

::Great value for money it's clean with larg comfortable room and very nice lobby,I felt the touch of luxury in hotel details, the staff were professionals and very helpful However I was hoping to enjoy the swimming pool and play bowling with my family during my stay but unfortunately the pool have no mix policy and bowlig center been closed

::Location depends on your needs, 30 minutes away from EIA and places like Dream City. Super quiet rooms, great service, and the food was consistently very very good. I was there for over three weeks, so I know. Gym is fine - the machines in the gym are not wiped down, so some of the bits you need to touch feel "sticky". Did not use the pool, it is big though and had lots of people in the am swimming
