::Room is dirty,pool is deep and my sisters hand got scratched bc of the floaties, the girl worker is mean rude and won't give us our money back so fire her please, gym is small,sauna and chackuzi do not work.

::The staff was very nice & helpful. The location is excellent.. The breakfast is very good , Big rooms & Clean The only drawback is that the glass is not insulating and the sounds are annoying, especially in the rooms facing the street.

::Banoj hotel is a gem, comfortable room, the rooms were clean, contemporary, and quiet. Staff is friendly and very helpful! genuinely cared, It shows in the warm welcome. Excellent proximity to almost everything. Overall wonderful stay 10/10!
